Where is my order?

  • You will get a tracking number once your package has left the warehouse. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
  • If you are unable to track the order, please send us an email at orders@2dadsclothing.com or fill in the form below and include the following information: 
  1. Your Name
  2. Your Email
  3. Your Phone Number
  4. Comments: Including Order Number.

When will my order get shipped out?

  • It takes about 1-2 business days for the order to be processed.
  • Once it has been processed, our standard shipping option offers delivery within 1-8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

I have received the wrong item or a defective/damaged product.

  • Please send us an email at orders@2dadsclothing.com or fill in the form below so we can resolve this. 
  • All damaged/incorrect order cases must be started within fourteen (14) days of package arrival.

Can I exchange or return my order?

  • Generally speaking we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we understand that things happen, and products can arrive damaged or might not fit the way you would like. In the event a product is damaged or doesn't fit properly, please notify us within fourteen (14) days of the package delivery. We will work with you on a case by case basis to see if an exchange is possible.
  • We encourage you to use our sizing charts for reference when ordering and our Care Instructions when washing.
  • We are unable to process any exchange requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after package delivery.
